RETURNS POLICY

ELIGIBILITY

For any purchase made on nijicorp.com, the item must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt. Returns are only applicable for products that are unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as you received them. The product must be in the original packaging.

PROCESS

To initiate a return, please contact us at thenijicorp@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have received the RMA number, please securely package the item(s) and include the RMA number inside the package.

SHIPPING COSTS

Ship return package at the following address: Amagerbrogade 119, 2300 København S. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

REFUND

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product(s) and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 14 days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
