PAYMENT

NijiCORP ApS accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, MobilePay, Apple Pay, Klarna, Paypal, Google Pay, ShopPay. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and include VAT. We reserve the right for pricing errors and sold-out/discontinued items.

PRICES

At NijiCORP ApS, all prices are in Danish kroner and include VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. We reserve the right for sold-out items.

DELIVERY

NijiCORP ApS strives to deliver your order within 4 to 14 business days. We try to maintain the lowest stock possible to minimize waste and commit to fast production to deliver the purchased product(s) as fast as possible. We ship globally free of charge. Items will be delivered to the delivery address or selected parcel shop.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

The rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act regarding defects may apply to purchases of goods. When you shop at nijicorp.com, you have a two week right of complaint from the moment the product is delivered to you. This means that you can either get the item exchanged or get your money back depending on the specific situation.
It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen due to incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior. If the complaint is approved, you will be sent a new product identical to the one you purchased, provided that the model and size are in stock. If the item is not in stock, you can get a refund instead. You will be refunded the amount you initially paid for the product. If the complaint is rejected, we will return the item(s) to you.
If you wish to complain about one or more items, you must send us an email at thenijicorp@gmail.com with your order number (typically found as part of the name on your order confirmation) and pictures of what you wish to complain about.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

When you shop at nijicorp.com, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal expires 14 days after the day you received your item. You must notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. The notification must be made via the return portal or by email: thenijicorp@gmail.com. In your message, you must make it clear that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal and provide your order number (typically found as part of the name on your order confirmation and starts with FF followed by 8 digits).
You cannot withdraw from the purchase by refusing to receive your order or by failing to pick it up from the post office. If the above is not complied with, the shipping company will automatically return the item to us, and you will be charged the actual return costs imposed on us by the shipping company. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase. For example, if you paid by credit card, we will also credit the amount to the same credit card used. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

RETURNS

You must pay for the return shipping yourself. You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us in writing that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. If the item has lost value and it is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to determine the item's nature, characteristics, and the way it works, you can only get part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the item's commercial value. This means that you must try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.
You must return the items unused, undamaged, in the original packaging. If there are any forms of makeup, odors, stains, etc., on the clothing, we will make a deduction for the corresponding depreciation. If the above is not complied with, the item will be considered used and of reduced value, and you will therefore receive a smaller part or nothing back of the purchase amount upon withdrawal, and in some cases, it may mean that you are not eligible for a refund. NijiCORP reserves the right to assess the condition of the item upon return.
It is your responsibility to send the item back in secure packaging, and you are liable for any errors or defects that may occur during the return (e.g., damage during transport). You will not receive a confirmation when the item is received at our address. You can track the package yourself through the chosen shipping company. However, you will receive a confirmation by email when your return is processed. Handling of return packages can take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your package.

REFUNDS

If you regret your purchase, you will naturally get the amount you paid to us refunded. In the event of a depreciation for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount. When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we received notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back unless you have provided documentation for having returned it.
